Why buy a Pinto Trailer
Why Choose a Pinto?
Firstly and most importantly - make sure the trailer you are looking at purchasing is actually "MADE IN NEW ZEALAND"!
PINTO TRAILERS, a name synonymous with quality and durability with over 42 years New Zealand manufacturing experience. We are one of the few remaining 'Genuine' Trailer Manufacturers" left in New Zealand - Visit our factory where you can actually see the trailers being made (not just assembled and bolted together from imported parts). We specialize in Standard trailers for Home or Commercial use, Digger and Machinery Trailers, BBQ trailers, Display trailers, Camping trailers, Tradesman, Car transporters, Farm and Farm bike trailers and much more. We also manufacture a range of Accessories such as Cages, Stock Crates, H-frames & Motor Bike racks.
All Pinto trailers are New Zealand made, fully welded to maximise strength, then totally hot dip galvanised to ensure a long rust free life.

I bought a trailer off you new, a year ago and alot of places we have taken it people have admired the workmanship on it. They say it looks well built and looks classy. It travels well :) :)
I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service and to let you know the trailer has already done over 1000km’s since I collected it and is a credit to NZ design and build. It tracks so well behind my van that I have to check my mirrors to see that it is still there.
Just to say thank you for the trailer, which arrived safely down here on Sunday evening. We are absolutely delighted with it, especially the build quality, which is so much higher than I had expected. Please don’t take that the wrong way…
I thought I would flick you an email to say thanks. The trailer although bought sight unseen has certainly surpassed my expectations. It is certainly strong and well built. It has already been put through its paces. Thanks also for your assistance and friendly emails .
I had an old Pinto trailer that failed its WOF and I needed to source some parts. Bruce was pleasant and one of the most helpful people I have dealt with. I sent Bruce a photo or two and I left it with him. The next day I got a call from Bruce who explained Pinto didn't have the parts I needed, but he gave me the details of a competitor who did. I'm just disappointed I couldn't spend my money at Bruce's company!!!
